This is a self-initiated, promotional book based on observations made in my dad’s garage. We wanted to produce a book that celebrated the amazing collection of ironmongery in dusty drawers and cabinets. We wanted people to see magic in the everyday. We photographed everything we liked the look of, and that looked like other things. We wanted to turn the mundane into a magical world full of spiders, robots and rockets. A limited run of 500 editions was printed and distributed in small bookshops in London.
